It also must be viable and has a potential for growth. Your UK Start-up Visa can last for up to 2 years and you are not able to extend it. You may be eligible to switch to a different Visa Category such as UK Innovator Visa as long as you have your endorsing body assess and agree to the switch and your business is active, trading and sustainable and you must have day to day involvement. UK Global Talent Visa
You may be able to apply for UK Global Talent Visa if you are a leader or potential leader in either of: Academia Research, Arts and Culture, Digital Technology. In most cases you are required to have a successful endorsement application as a proof of your leadership (or potential leadership) status on your field. Your UK Global Talent Visa can last for 5 years but there is no limit on how long you can stay in the UK although you are required to extend your Visa or apply for settlement in the UK after 3 or 5 years depending on your field of expertise.
